What is collected
Only what you type into an enquiry, contact or testimonial form: your name, contact details, level, and whatever you choose to write. Nothing else is gathered about you.
How it is used
To reply to you and to arrange coaching. Enquiry details are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
Testimonials
Testimonials are held in a pending state and are only published after review, and only within the consent you gave when submitting. You can ask for one to be removed at any time.
Payments
No payment is taken on this website. Fees are handled separately, offline, through the existing arrangement.
Retention and removal
Enquiries are kept only as long as they are useful for arranging or continuing coaching. To have your details removed, get in touch and it will be done.
